Rent the MRI
The open MRI (Philips Panorama 1.0T HFO) at the Charité Berlin (Campus Mitte) is also available for external projects. The study group open high-field MRI offers safety courses designed especially for this purpose as well as further courses on the various dangers and demands that have to be met in the MRI environment.
To ensure the safety of the MR-user and the scanner itself, interested groups have to meet the following criteria:
- Completed and passed “Safety course: Open Highfield MRI” or certifiaction of an equivalent qualification.
- Detailed description of the project if non-MR-safe materials shall be used.
The personal for the use of the MRI is supplied by the Charité. Thus, you will be assissted in your scientific pursuits by highly qualified and specifically trained medical technical assisstetns or members of our research group open HF-MRI.
